Key job responsibilities
- Work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow Amazon's most strategic brands and improve their performance within a retail category.
- Support vendor managers in providing a suite of services designed to help brands succeed, collaborating with cross-functional teams including in-stock and marketing.
- Develop analytical and problem-solving skills by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to drive category performance.
- Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value across retail, advertising, and merchant services.
- Identify target accounts using market data and industry intelligence to support business growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, systems, and tools across the business.
