and Quality; report rejects, anomalies, or alarms that occur during machining – Controlla il funzionamento delle M. Utensili, la Qualità e conformità del pezzo in lavorazione registrandolo nella scheda di controllo, opera in accordo alla Lgs 81+dlgs. attuativi e a quanto richiesto dal S.G.I. ISO45001-9001 relativamente alla Sicurezza, Salute, Ambiente e Qualità, segnala scarti/anomalie/allarmi sorti durante la lavorazione * Monitor the work cycle, check for geometric and/or programming errors, apply procedures to resolve them – Esegue il controllo del ciclo di lavoro, verifica gli errori geometrici e/o di programmazione, applica le procedure per la loro soluzione * Perform routine maintenance and reports the need for major maintenance – Esegue la manutenzione ordinaria e segnala la straordinaria * Perform, during downtime, inspection and adjustment of parts based on drawing dimensions and tolerances
