Overview As Sales Manager for Germany, you drive business growth by expanding our hospitality tech solutions across hotels and groups. You own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while partnering with product, marketing, and support to ensure client success. You'll represent the brand at industry events and contribute to a high-value, long-term client portfolio. The role blends strategic account management with hands-on deal making in a global, innovative environment. Retribuzione / Benefits * internal mobility * ongoing training * tailored career paths * international work environment * culture of inclusion * autonomy at work Responsabilità * Prospect and engage hotels and hotel groups in the assigned territory, targeting decision-makers such as GMs and Revenue Managers * Present and tailor D-EDGE solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics tools, etc.) to client needs * Build and manage a high-value client portfolio through strong relationship development * Lead the full sales cycle from initial pitch through negotiation to closing,
meeting or exceeding targets * Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention * Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events to boost brand visibility and generate leads * Act as the voice of the client inside the company by sharing feedback to improve offerings Requisiti fondamentali * Proven hospitality industry experience with expertise in revenue management, distribution, or digital marketing * Solid B2B sales track record with at least 5 years of commercial experience * Deep understanding of hotel distribution landscape (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.) * Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder * Fluent in Italian and English * Willingness to visit clients regularly; based in Venice or the surrounding area * Relationship building * Self-motivation / results orientation * Cross-functional coll
