Overview In this role you will lead commodity strategy and procurement for direct materials and spare parts within the Energy Equipment and GTS businesses. You will partner with Commercial, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align product strategy with procurement goals and integrate commodity plans into early bid activities. You drive cost reduction, should-cost analyses, and supplier partnerships to ensure quality and on-time delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to maximize supplier capacity and support business goals. * Integrate commodity strategies into ITO bid activities during early engagement * Ensure compliant buying processes, optimize PO placement, drive cost reduction and should-cost analyses * Manage cost and productivity metrics to support commodity strategy while ensuring quality and delivery * Support supplier selection, development, and partnerships to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability * Align supplier capacity with business goals using Sales and Operations planning data Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor in Engineering or Economics * 2-5 years of experience supporting commodity activities * Strong business acumen * Self-starter with good presentation and communication skills * Interpersonal and leadership skills * Knowledge of supply chain and technical products * presentation and communication * interpersonal skills * leadership * procurement strategy * supplier collaboration * cost analysis
