Since 2021, Cerved has been part of ION Group, one of the largest international FinTech operators. To strengthen our Commercial structure, for the Small & Medium Business channel, we are looking for a Sales Account who will be responsible for developing Cerved's business in the reference market, representing the company and promoting its presence, managing commercial initiatives with a particular focus on the growth of already acquired customers. The role involves achieving sales and revenue targets on assigned customers, operating in close collaboration with the involved corporate functions.



Principal Responsibilities * Manage and develop an assigned customer portfolio, identifying new areas of development in terms of services/products * Monitor the market to understand the dynamics of the reference industry, optimizing business processes * Achieve assigned objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, in close collaboration with delivery functions and other involved corporate structures Requirements * Master's degree in STEM disciplines, Economics, or Psychology * At least 3 years of experience in the role * Solid command of sales and negotiation techniques, with strong business acumen and the ability to manage challenging economic objectives * In-depth knowledge of products and solutions in the credit, marketing, and sales fields, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey value * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all company levels and a natural aptitude for leadership *
