Overview In this role you will oversee end-to-end development of exclusive celebrity garments within Gucci's RTW Product Development team. You will collaborate with Design, the Atelier, and external suppliers to translate creative concepts into high-quality, timely productions. You'll navigate fast-paced, high-pressure timelines while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship. Based in Milan with potential travel, you will shape flagship pieces that align with Gucci's luxury vision. Retribuzione / Benefits * Annual premio * company benefits * Italian employment contract conditions * salary commensurate with experience Responsabilità * Manage end-to-end development of Celebrities garments from design handover to final sample approval and delivery * Coordinate with Design, Pattern Making, the internal Atelier, external suppliers and specialized artisans throughout development * Oversee prototype development, fittings and garment adjustments ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with creative expectations * Handle urgent requests, last-minute modifications and unexpected challenges,
prioritizing activities and maintaining quality * Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization to ensure timely delivery * Ensure cross-functional communication and alignment among all stakeholders involved in Celebrities projects Requisiti fondamentali * Minimum 6 years of experience in RTW Celebrities Product Development within luxury fashion * Strong technical expertise in garment construction, luxury fabrics, fitting and artisanal techniques * Proven ability to manage urgent requests, unexpected challenges and tight deadlines with a proactive, solution-oriented approach * Excellent organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills * Strong attention to detail, autonomy, flexibility and ability to perform under pressure * Fluency in Italian and English * strong communication * stakeholder management * problem-solving * garment construction * lux
