Setup: Freelance (Daily Rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Partita IVA) Sponsorship: Not Provided We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Developer to join a client's AI Development Centre of Excellence, focused on designing and building intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. * Build integrations between Copilot agents and multiple enterprise systems, data sources and business applications. * Develop automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into AI-driven solutions. * Optimise, test and maintain Copilot implementations to ensure performance, scalability and user adoption. * Support the ongoing evolution of AI and automation capabilities across the organisation. Must-Have Skills:
* Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio. * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and the wider Power Platform. * Experience building AI agents, virtual assistants or automation solutions. * Integration experience with enterprise systems and data sources. * Understanding of workflows, automation and business process improvement. * Fluent Italian communication skills. Nice-to-Have: * Experience integrating with platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle or similar enterprise applications. * Knowledge of Power Automate. * Experience working within AI or automation Centres of Excellence. * Familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies and modern cloud environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
