The position is based in Milan, Italy within the Strategy and M&A; team. Key Responsibilities * Develop and own dedicated group-level price monitoring and reporting. * Analyze pricing strategies, revenue streams, and customer profitability to provide data-driven recommendations. * Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform commercial decisions. * Develop pricing models to assess business opportunities and risks. * Support commercial and finance teams with forecasting and budgeting. * Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. * Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, BI tools, and ERP/CRM systems. What We’re Looking For * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus and may substitute for part of the required work experience. * Experience: 1–3 years in a pricing, financial, or reporting/FP&A; role (e.G., Pricing Analyst, FP&A; Analyst, Business Analyst). * Technical Skills: Strong Excel modeling, experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL), and ERP/CRM systems. * Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights. * Communication Skills: Strong ability to present findings clearly to leadership teams. * Business Acumen: Understanding of pricing strategies, budgeting cycles, and performance tracking against commercial targets.
