Retribuzione / Benefits * variable compensation potential * comprehensive benefits package * industry-standard compensation * local compliance and benefits guidance Responsabilità * Lead end-to-end management of large-scale infrastructure projects including construction, expansions, renovations, and retrofits of warehouses, manufacturing plants and industrial facilities * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources for $5M–$100M+ efforts * Collaborate with Finance on capital planning, budgeting, cost tracking,
and financial reporting * Manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors for quality, schedule, and cost control * Partner with executives to align facility projects with strategy and operational requirements * Oversee procurement processes including RFPs, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor performance * Coordinate with internal engineering teams on MEP, structural, and civil design requirements * Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, environmental standards, and corporate policies * Manage risk identification and mitigation across project lifecycles; resolve issues * Provide status reports to stakeholders up to executive leadership; drive continuous improvement in delivery processes * Handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget targets Requisiti fondamentali * Minimum 8 years of progressive project
