As an Operations Associate, you will help bring caregivers and clients together. You will connect with candidates, evaluate their experience and fit, and guide them through our onboarding process, while working closely with our operations team to keep service running smoothly. You will receive structured training from our leadership team, and your responsibilities will expand as your skills and experience grow.
Leadership Development Track This position places you on our leadership development track,
where you will learn every sector of the business. Team members on this track typically promote into a new position every 12–18 months, depending on readiness, knowledge, and the skills they develop. Along the way, you will build a broad foundation in recruiting, sales, operations, and compliance, gaining the experience to shape your own path.
