JOBDESCRIPTION To support its growth and strengthen itsin-house legal team, Aether is seeking a Legal Counsel with 2 to 3 years'experience to join its Milan office on a permanent contract.
Working closely with the operational teams, youwill handle the legal issues that arise during the set‐up and throughout thelife of the financial transactions in which Aether acts as agent.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day legal affairs of Aether's operations, liaising with internal stakeholders (operational teams, management) and external parties (banks, law firms, investors, clients);
Reviewing, analysing, drafting and negotiating financing
