This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative (US Market) based in Italy.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with technology leaders at innovative US companies and generating qualified sales opportunities. You will take ownership of your prospecting pipeline, using cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and creative outbound strategies to build meaningful relationships with CTOs, CPOs, and other decision-makers. Working directly with senior leadership, you will have the freedom to experiment with messaging, refine your sales approach, and turn promising conversations into business opportunities. You will focus on high-potential sectors such as FinTech, HealthTech, Cybersecurity, EdTech, and SaaS, helping organizations discover tailored software development solutions. Beyond outbound sales, you will develop your professional presence online and represent the business at industry events. This remote,



performance-driven opportunity offers uncapped commission, close collaboration with experienced leaders, and a clear pathway toward an Account Executive role. The position is open to candidates across Europe who can work with at least four hours of overlap with US Pacific Time.

Accountabilities:

• Generate new business opportunities: Proactively contact CTOs, CPOs, and other technology decision-makers at US companies through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
