Trade Compliance & Logistics Manager
Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with EU and Italian customs regulations (AEO, customs procedures, audits, duties, origin, and trade compliance).
• Manage relationships with customs brokers, authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor customs and logistics KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inbound logistics operations, from goods in transit to warehouse storage.
• Coordinate logistics providers (3PL/4PL) and support transportation and warehousing activities.
• Act as a liaison between Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, and external partners.
• Support digitalization projects and process optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate the lifecycle and compliance management of marketing sample products.
Qualifications
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics,
Engineering, International Trade, Law, or related fields.
• Previous experience in Customs, Trade Compliance, Import/Export, Inbound Logistics, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of EU and Italian customs regulations and import/export processes.
• Experience managing customs brokers and interacting with customs authorities.
• Good understanding of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
Contract and Benefits
• Permanent contract.

• Level: 1°
• Annual salary range offered: 50,000 – 55,000k;

Milan area with hybrid working model.
