About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of our growth engine - managing the beginning of our sales cycle, directly driving our business and revenue growth by bringing in new customers.
In this role, you’ll blend your people and communication skills with passion to make hospitality businesses more smooth in their operations. You will act as the first point of contact for the new merchants,
working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure we are not just winning business, but building long-term value and market share.
What You’ll Do
Our sales are not your typical SaaS or office sales. We meet our customers where they operate. In this role you will:
• Own top of the funnel activity for a dedicated region.
• Hit conversion targets across the stages of the funnel that are in your responsibility.
• Communicate our value and mission to our prospective partners, build trusted relationships with the hospitality network in the region.
• Do market research and competition analysis to identify opportunities within your region.
• Collaborate with Ops, Product, and Leadership to remove bottlenecks and improve scaling.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Success following close to drive activation and ongoing performance.
• Maintain high CRM hygiene to enable the best handover to the sales and success team.
