Job Purpose
In the “chassis and attachment” perimeter for Small & Medium tractor,
the Lead Engineer plays a key role in the definition of components and resolution of issues during assembly and validation across many Tractor Product Lines, reporting to the Team Manager.
He will support Project Leaders/Chief Engineers of various Product Lines in defining the interfaces across tractor modules in concepts, ensures the development and maintenance of the systems of his competence, in accordance with the objectives set out in the quality project (performance, development time, costs, manufacturability, investments and quality itself).
Knowledge of agriculture customer needs and testing activity in field are important requirements.
Key Responsibilities
In order to achieve the tasks, the main responsibilities of the position include:
• Define with the Vehicle Engineering the integration of components and/or subsystems equipment consistent with program objectives and in alignment with project requirements.
