Your Purpose
As an F&B; Buyer, you will play a key role in optimizing our global Food & Beverage sourcing activities, contributing to strategic procurement initiatives that drive efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the team, you will monitor and analyze market dynamics, identify emerging trends, and anticipate future purchasing needs. You will also develop and strengthen relationships with suppliers worldwide, negotiating competitive agreements that ensure the best balance of product quality, pricing, and service excellence.
Your Impact
• Drive global sourcing activities: Identify and source Food & Beverage products from international markets, ensuring alignment with purchasing targets, quality standards, and company guidelines.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships: Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with suppliers to foster long-term collaboration and mutual value creation.
• Negotiate competitive agreements:
Analyze supplier quotations and bids, assess product specifications, and negotiate commercial terms and conditions to secure the best purchasing opportunities.
• Anticipate market trends: Monitor market developments and emerging consumer trends, proactively identifying innovative products and sourcing opportunities to support future purchasing strategies.
• Leverage data and analytics: Prepare analytical reports, monitor procurement performance, and maintain accurate purchasing records to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate across functions: work closely with Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to optimize procurement processes and identify the most effective purchasing and delivery solutions.
Your Journey so far
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the cruise industry.
• A degree in Economics, Gastronomic Sciences, Proc
