About the Company
Yibi Hantang is a China market growth and brand management partner for international luxury and lifestyle brands. We work across market strategy, brand partnerships, licensing, product development, content, e-commerce and channel execution, helping overseas brands enter and grow in China while protecting their long-term brand value.
About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager based in Milan to develop relationships with Italian and European luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry and lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
• Identify and approach high-potential Italian and European brands
• Build relationships with founders, executives and international business teams
• Evaluate China market entry and licensing opportunities
• Lead early-stage discussions and partnership development
• Coordinate with our China team on market research, proposals and project execution
• Represent Yibi Hantang at relevant industry events and meetings
Qualifications
• Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry or premium lifestyle industries
• Background in brand partnerships, business development, licensing or international expansion
• Strong understanding of the Italian and European brand landscape
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent Italian and professional English
• Understanding of the China market is a strong advantage
