The Product Engineer (PE) – Brescia plays a vital role in supporting the Engineering Product Lead (EPL) for products in current production and may be assigned as an EPL for specific products. Acting as the on-site extension of the Vancouver Product Engineering organization,



this role is responsible for driving consistent execution, leveraging efficient processes and tools, and proactively enhancing product quality and team effectiveness through hands-on engineering ownership. In addition to supporting current production, the PE actively contributes to product development initiatives and leads engineering builds in partnership with Vancouver Product Engineering, ensuring that insights from plant operations and field experience are translated into robust design improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience as a Product Engineer with exposure to current-product support and/or EPL responsibilities; experience working directly with plant, quality, and suppliers preferred.
• Track record of good technical decisions supported by calculations, analysis, and written documentation; strong understanding of engineering processes (e.g., APQP).
