The Key Account is in charge of consolidating and increasing the business partnership with existing and potential accounts (pharma and medical devices companies), in order to improve the accounts’ relationship and performance with the aim of maximizing sales and Logista Pharma reputation in healthcare market.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Identify existing accounts’ needs and implement effective strategies to exceed their expectations to maximize the existing base of business and support the growth opportunities proposing new services,coordinating with Operations
• Analyze and understand accounts’ business, objectives, consumer & category trends to propose the development of new services
• Define target per channel and per account and design specific actionable business plans to achieve the goals
• Support the Business Development Manager in the renegotiation of contracts with accounts, ensuring a high retention rate
• Maintain updated knowledge of the current indu
