The Equity Trading & DMA team provides execution and electronic trading services to institutional clients, offering access to equity markets through high-touch and low-touch solutions. The team works closely with investors, sales traders,



and technology specialists to deliver efficient execution, market expertise, and best-in-class client service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor institutional equity order flow across multiple trading venues and execution channels.
• Support and oversee Direct Market Access (DMA) and electronic execution services for domestic and international clients.
• Monitor execution quality, trading performance, and market activity throughout the trading day.
• Conduct pre-trade and post-trade controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Analyze trading metrics, execution reports, and market data to identify opportunities for process and performance improvements.
• Liaise with institutional clients, Sales Traders, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and issue resolution.
