What You'll Do You will join the HR Learning Assisting in the development and updating of learning content, materials, and e-learning modules; Managing logistics for training events, including scheduling, invitations, venues, materials, and participant tracking; Supporting the onboarding process and induction activities for new joiners, from pre-arrival communications to the organization of welcome sessions and first-week programs; Collecting and analyzing participant feedback and contributing to post-training evaluation reports.
