Renewable energy producers should be focused on their assets—not chasing registry processes and managing certificate sales manually. Soldera helps producers manage and sell their Guarantees of Origin through one platform, while keeping control of their commercial decisions.
We’re looking for experienced energy sales professionals to grow our producer business in Italy, Iberia, DACH and Poland. Your market coverage will depend on your experience, relationships and languages.

The role
This is a hands-on sales role.
You’ll own the sales cycle from the first conversation to a signed agreement and onboarding handover. Your customers will span the renewable producer market, from independent asset owners to IPPs and utilities.

What you’ll do
• Build your market. Identify the right producers and create opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals and industry relationships.
• Understand their business. Get to grips with their assets, GO volumes, existing commitments and how they make commercial decisions.
• Close agreements. Lead discovery, demonstrate Soldera’s value, handle objections and negotiate commercial terms.
• Own the outcome. Keep a clear pipeline and realistic forecasts, work with onboarding to make sure what we agree commercially carries through to the customer, and bring market feedback into how we develop our offering.
