In this role, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of the channel, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
Reporting to the
Paid Social Manager
, you'll work closely together on more complex challenges, from measurement architecture and incrementality testing to new channel launches and annual budget planning.
You'll have the support you need to tackle complex challenges, while being empowered and expected to take initiative, make decisions, and drive results independently.

What You'll Do
Support
Paid Social & Display Execution
: Help execute the account strategy across Meta and TikTok, from prospecting to retargeting, with a strong focus on driving high quality conversions at efficient CAC.
You'll manage day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for Italy under the strategy and budget framework set by the Paid Social Manager.
Scale Performance with an

Build and leverage AI and automation to simplify workflows and move faster, using AI to accelerate audience, performance management, reporting automation, and decision making, while applying strong judgment to protect quality and brand integrity in a sensitive category.
