Help ambitious Swiss businesses expand internationally by removing the complexities of cross-border hiring and workforce management. As an Account Executive, you will own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and successful customer onboarding. You will advise founders, HR leaders, and other decision-makers on workforce solutions that enable them to hire talent across borders compliantly.
Working in a remote-first, international sales team, you will build a strong pipeline, develop strategic relationships, and turn complex business challenges into commercial opportunities.
This role is designed for a results-driven sales professional who combines consultative selling with proactive outbound prospecting and confident deal management. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory, exceed ambitious sales targets, and contribute to the growth of a globally connected business.
Accountabilities:
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through qualification, negotiation, closing, and successful customer onboarding.
Develop and manage relationships with Swiss companies seeking to expand internationally and hire talent across borders.
Conduct thorough discovery conversations to understand hiring plans, business priorities, expansion timelines, and potential compliance risks.
Engage founders, HR leaders, and other key stakeholders, building internal champions and demonstrating the business value of proposed solutions to Finance, Legal, and executive decision-makers.
Apply structured qualification methodologies, such as MEDDICC, to assess op
