Team Lead – System Configuration, Testing

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small team of technicians and testers specializing in system configuration, testing, and validation.
Plan and prioritize daily operations, test cycles, and configuration schedules to meet project milestones.
Foster a collaborative environment, drive knowledge sharing, and support professional growth within the team.
Testing, Validation & Quality Assurance:
Oversee the definition and execution of comprehensive test plans, including regression testing, capacity testing, and error simulation in real-world customer environments.
Ensure meticulous documentation of test steps, execution results, and defects with detailed reproduction steps in test management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Azure, TestRail).
Validate defect resolutions and maintain high quality standards across all software, firmware, and hardware integrations.




System Configuration & Technical Operations
Oversee advanced software and firmware installations, configurations, and troubleshooting on Sesami cash recyclers and associated server/cloud solutions.
Monitor cash transactions, cash feeds into acceptors, cassette note/coin count verifications, and POS system integrations.
Ensure all testing protocols accurately simulate real-world customer usage and operational scenarios.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the primary technical and managerial bridge between your team and other SDLC stakeholders, including Development, Release, and Product Management.
Communicate project status, risk assessments, and quality metrics effectively to upper management and cross-functional teams.
