The role
We are looking for aMarketing Managerto lead the planning and delivery of marketing activities across our three campuses, with the goal of generating qualified leads and driving enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the annual marketing plan by campus and age group, managing budget allocation and monitoring cost per lead and enrolment.

Plan and deliver digital campaigns across paid social, search and display, while managing owned channels including website, social media and newsletters.
Organise open days, events, local activities and partnerships in collaboration with the Admissions Team.
Develop and test new promotional initiatives before wider implementation.
Manage the CRM and marketing funnel with Admissions, including source tracking, lead scoring, nurturing and data quality.
Monitor performance across leads, visits, applications and enrolments, identifying corrective actions based on data.
Lead and develop two direct reports and coordinate marketing projects across multiple workstreams.
Manage agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines and budget control.
Ensure consistency with the school's positioning and Nord Anglia Education brand guidelines.
Requirements
University degree.
