Establish a governance framework that supports processes definition, execution, and implementation.
Define and administer the programme governance model,

its maturation and effectiveness.Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):Define and implement standardized governance processes;Provide overall governance and of the PM policy, process and procedure suite and its integration;Ensure that processes, procedures and guidelines are clearly defined and mapped, applied configuration and change controls;Collaborate with Internal Assurance Team to monitor compliance;Support continuous improvement of governance processes;Ensure governance requirements are communicated and understood across the programme;Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines;Leadership and management of the process and governance team;Establish strategic roadmap for PM&C; operational capability;Manage team performance and code of conduct in accordance with the company;Develop process, procedure and work instruction strategy to support the business evolution.Objectives (Sampl
