OverviewIn this role you enable sales leadership to run the business effectively through accurate forecasts, healthy pipelines, and action-driven reviews.
You will work closely with regional Sales Operations to translate priorities into execution at country and district levels.
You'll analyze data and coordinate follow-through, influencing GTM planning and data hygiene across teams.
This is a hands-on, internal partner role focused on insight and execution that supports growth in a multinational tech environment.

ResponsabilitàPartner with Country and District Managers on operational analysis, insight and execution support
Prepare and inspect weekly forecast and pipeline, highlighting movements, risks and attention areas
Run district business review cadence with KPI analysis, commentary, action capture and follow-up
Analyze pipeline coverage, conversion, linearity, seller productivity and territory/account performance to identify gaps
Contribute to annual and in-year GTM planning through territory, account, capacity and quota analysis
Coordinate rollout and adoption of GTM, organizational and process changes with Regional Sales Operations
Maintain CRM and forecast hygiene and resolve data-quality issues with sales teams
Coordinate account-planning, win/loss and big-deal review cadences
Partner with Channel Operations, SE Operations, Renewals Operations, Finance, HR, Deal Desk and Planning to align priorities and dependencies
Requisiti fondamentali5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning or business analytics in a multinational tech company
Experience partnering directly with sales managers and senior commercial stakeholders
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota processes and sales performance management knowledge
Strong analytical and modeling skills to turn data into actionable recommendations
Proficiency with Sale
