In this remote contract role, you will combine artificial intelligence, workflow automation, knowledge management, and learning design to build scalable enablement experiences.
You will prototype AI-supported resources, streamline onboarding, and develop systems that make learning more accessible and efficient.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will turn emerging needs and open-ended ideas into practical solutions.
You will have the autonomy to experiment with new technologies, improve existing processes, and implement initiatives from concept to launch.

Accountabilities:
As an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist, you will develop and maintain AI-powered learning solutions, optimize knowledge management processes, and ensure that learning systems operate efficiently.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and translate learning objectives into accessible, automated, and scalable experiences.
Research AI-powered approaches to learning and enablement, evaluating opportunities and recommending practical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Prototype learning resources and automated workflows using Claude and other relevant AI tools, turning successful experiments into reliable, usable solutions.
Develop and launch learning initiatives from initial concept through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Manage and optimize asynchronous onboarding processes to deliver
