we're looking for an Events Assistant who is registered to the Categorie Protette (L. *) to join us in Rome , someone who brings that energy to every service, takes pride in their craft, and helps create the atmosphere Zuma is known for.
our teams are what make a Zuma feel like a Zuma, wherever in the world it is. about the role as an Events Assistant you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Events Manager, helping ensure that event-related information, materials and internal communications are organised, prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
this is an entry-level, part-time position focused on routine administrative tasks and practical support.
what you'll do document event materials preparation: print, organise and prepare event-related documents and materials, including schedules, menus,
guest lists, floor plans, posters and other materials required for events and internal functions.
event information communication: display and regularly update event information on staff noticeboards and support the distribution of relevant updates to departments and team members.
administrative support: assist with filing, organising and maintaining event-related paperwork, shared folders and other departmental records.
organisation stock management: Keep event stationery, printed materials and supplies organised and monitor stock levels, reporting any replenishment requirements.
general events team support: provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Events Department and assist the Events Manager with additional tasks as required.
