Your role We are looking for a Senior MTE Engineer who will drive the development, industrialization, validation and continuous improvement of automated test solutions supporting new product introduction and mass production.
The role collaborates closely with R D, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, efficient and scalable testing processes across multiple technology domains including Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software testing.
Main responsibilities: Develop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products.
Support NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production.
Design, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment.
Perform GR R, correlation studies and capability analysis.
Analyze test data, identify root causes and implement corr
