OverviewIn this role you will support the design and continuous improvement of reward processes for the Group Head Office and GOSP/GCT populations, ensuring governance and alignment with Group objectives.
You will contribute to the performance management cycle and salary review processes, drive short-term incentive execution, and serve as a trusted advisor to HR business partners.
You will promote the digitalization of reward processes through HR systems, supporting strategic reward initiatives and benchmarking to enhance transparency and efficiency.
ResponsabilitàSupport the implementation and ongoing improvement of reward processes with governance and alignment to Group objectives
Contribute to execution of the performance management cycle according to organizational priorities
Support the salary review cycle ensuring data integrity and governance compliance
Assist in implementing Short Term Incentive plans with effective execution and stakeholder alignment
Act as trusted advisor and single point of reference for HR business partners on reward topics
Promote digitalisation of reward processes via HR systems to improve efficiency and user experience
Contribute to strategic reward initiatives such as pay transparency and compensation benchmarking
Based in Milan
Requisiti fondamentali6-8 years of experience in Reward in multinational companies or Big 4
Good presentation skills (PowerPoint)
Strong numerical and analytical abilities (Excel, pivots, lookups, logical functions)
Effective use of AI tools
Experience handling confidential information
Fluent in English
Ability to work effectively within complex organizational environments
Passion and curiosity for HR and Reward
Proactivity and willingness to take the extra mile with ownership
