Job Description:

We are looking for a: Processes & Governance Manager who is available for an indicative period of two years in the UK, before returning to one of Leonardo Italia's sites.
Site : Torino Corso Francia
Responsibilities:
Define and oversee programme processes ensuring that they meet required standards.
Establish a governance framework that supports processes definition, execution, and implementation.
Define and administer the programme governance model,



its maturation and effectiveness.
Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):
Define and implement standardized governance processes;
Provide overall governance and of the PM policy, process and procedure suite and its integration;
Ensure that processes, procedures and guidelines are clearly defined and mapped, applied configuration and change controls;
Collaborate with Internal Assurance Team to monitor compliance;
Support continuous improvement of governance processes;
Ensure governance requirements are communicated and understood across the programme;
Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines;
Leadership and management of the process and governance team;
Establish strategic roadmap for PM&C; operational capability;
Manage team performance and code of conduct in accordance with the company;
Develop process, procedure and work instruction strategy to support the business evolution
