Role Overview

This position acts as a central pillar, bridging the gap between technical departments, external partners, and logistical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring professional and efficient information flow.
Technical & Commercial Assistance:
Provide comprehensive support to the technical team, including the preparation of commercial proposals, monitoring order lifecycles, and processing procurement requests for both clients and vendors.
Logistics & Supply Chain:
Oversee the end-to-end shipping process, including the generation of transport documentation and the coordination of third-party courier services.
Inventory & Procurement Oversight:

Maintain rigorous control over stock levels and verify the accuracy of order confirmations received from internal entities and external suppliers.
Site Access & Compliance:
Manage administrative requirements for site access, ensuring all protocols are met. Oversee regulatory compliance, including data protection standards, safety mandates, and environmental reporting obligations.
Event Coordination:
Lead the administrative preparation for industry exhibitions, managing documentation and logistical requirements to ensure successful representation.
