Role OverviewThe Social Media Video Editor & Designer at CapsLock creates engaging, platform-first video content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
The role is primarily focused on short-form video editing — turning raw footage into polished,

dynamic videos through strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, captions, sound, and motion graphics.
It also calls for solid graphic design skills to produce supporting static assets such as graphics, thumbnails, overlays, and other visual elements when needed.
Working closely with the social media team, this person keeps content aligned with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and platform best practices — while staying on top of new editing styles, creative formats, and social media trends.
