Job DescriptionWith the aim of strengthening the Eye Care Global Marketing Team, we are recruiting a Global Product Manager You will lead the global strategy, development, and lifecycle management of assigned products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
You will also be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration to maximize product performance and growth across local and international markets.




Main responsibilities:* Develop and execute global product strategies, including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market approaches.
* Directly manage the assigned Italian portfolio through local strategy, annual marketing planning, execution, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to drive business growth in the Italian market.
* Lead cross-functional teams (R&D;, Regulatory, Medical, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
* Manage product portfolio, including new product development, line extensions, and discontinuations.
* Monitor product performance, KPIs, and financial results, recommending actions for improvement.
* Coordinate global marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and training for local teams.
