What You'll Do To take our company to the next level, we are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our B2B Team.
You will report to our Client Success Lead and will own the success , retention and growth of a portfolio of corporate clients.
Stakeholder Management: Owning and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving strong account governance and long-term partnerships.
Adoption HR Tech/Welfare is a plus ).
Proven experience with structured Client Success frameworks , including QBRs, account health scoring and playbooks.
