About the Role As a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst Graduate, you will be part of the EMEA Healthcare Solutions & Strategy (HSS) team, partnering directly with the Customer & Commercial Excellence Lead to support key strategic initiatives across the region. You will help transform data into actionable insights, improve commercial processes, and enable scalable growth strategies that strengthen customer engagement and business performance.
Working across functions and geographies, you will contribute to the development of a best-in‑class HSS organization while supporting the expansion of innovative Remote Sales capabilities. This role provides exceptional exposure to strategy, commercial excellence, analytics, and operational leadership within a dynamic international environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Be Own and continuously improve Remote Sales reporting and analytics solutions, delivering insights that support decision‑making across the EMEA organization.
Analyze commercial performance, customer trends, and sales effectiveness metrics, providing recommendations that help accelerate growth and improve execution.
Support strategic planning and business review processes, including AOP, strategic plan development, territory design, sales capacity modelling, and performance tracking.
