Overview As Product Manager for Emergency Lighting, you drive the Life Safety portfolio from ideation to obsolescence, aligning with Eaton's growth strategy. You collaborate across engineering, operations, marketing and sales to deliver competitive, high-quality products that meet customer needs. You own the end-to-end lifecycle and the portfolio's financial performance, balancing cost, sustainability, support and price positioning. Retribuzione / Benefits * Performance-based compensation * attractive benefits package * continuous learning via Eaton University * hybrid work arrangement * wellbeing-focused culture Responsabilità * Define and execute a global strategic direction for the assigned product portfolio * Align portfolio strategy with overall business objectives and growth targets * Manage product lifecycle from development to aftermarket obsolescence * Lead NPIs through Eaton’s PROLaunch process with Project Managers * Support and refine sales strategies for NPIs across countries to improve margins * Train and develop stakeholders and external partners as needed * Conduct periodic VOC to identify market trends and user experience improvements * Monitor competition and technology, benchmarking against new offerings * Collaborate with certification to anticipate and influence product standards * Provide support to the sales team for project-specific requests Requisiti fondamentali * Comprehensive experience in a similar role * Experience in commercial and/or project management * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong analytical skills and business acumen * Intercultural awareness and customer relations * Digital mindset * English – business level * Excellent communication * Effective presentation * Intercultural awareness * PROLaunch NPIs process * Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis * Market and competitive analysis
