About the Position:
Serves as the main administrative contact for the squadron commander/director and manages a variety of unit support programs, including Government Travel Charge cards, Government Purchase Chard, fitness, cybersecurity, and other administrative requirements at the Military Treatment Facility Aviano in Aviano, Italy.

Specialized Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes managing administrative support programs; maintaining reports and correspondence; coordinating personnel and training actions; administering unit programs; and advising staff on policies and procedures. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
Education A half year (i.e., 9 semester hours) of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as business administration, management, human resources, public administration or related field. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
