Overview In this role, you support Marsh Risk's Business Resilience & Digital Risk area from Rome, shaping cyber and physical security strategies and continuity programs. You will drive risk assessments, governance, and AI risk initiatives for industrial and financial clients, delivering dashboards and continuous-improvement solutions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to evolve risk offerings and lead delivery. This hybrid opportunity combines strategic impact with hands-on risk management and digital solutions.

Responsabilità
Define strategies, roadmaps, and benchmarks in Cyber & Physical Security and Business Resilience using frameworks like NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301
Assess and govern AI risk, developing Governance & Compliance frameworks
Conduct Risk Assessment and Quantification using data analysis tools and automated reporting (Power Query, Power BI)
Design and implement Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management systems
Perform Business Impact Analyses and define continuity strategies
Develop risk indicators and monitoring dashboards (KRI, KCI, KPI)
Create innovative tools to support top management decisions (AI, Power Automate, Python)
Collaborate with cross-practice teams to implement Integrated Risk strategies and lead delivery
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven experience in Risk Management
Excellent command of Microsoft 365
Fluent in Italian and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork and coaching mindset
Good commercial and business development skills
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CBCM, CISA, ISO27001, ISO22301 are a plus
