In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Enter and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner using company systems and established procedures.
- Review and validate order information, including pricing, delivery requirements, and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other internal teams to ensure order accuracy before release.
- Upload and manage internal work orders through designated systems to support the contract review process.
- Release orders into the system upon successful completion of contract review activities.
- Manage order changes and modifications requested by project teams, commercial teams, or customers while maintaining accurate records and traceability.
- Coordinate requests for order updates originating from Shipping and other internal functions, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Support automated order confirmation processes by providing accurate order data and inputs.
- Initiate and process advance payment requests, debit notes, and credit notes through ERP systems.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, process compliance, and customer service.
- Contribute to continuous pr
