How can you make a difference?Purpose of Activity/AssignmentUNICEF’s Office of Strategy and Evidence (OSE) works in 190+ countries to ensure data and evidence drive results for
children. Within OSE, the Health Unit leads measurement and analytics for maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent
health (MNCAH) and Immunization. The team supports countries to strengthen data systems, produces global databases,
and leads initiatives to support country monitoring and data use. This work underpins UNICEF’s broader goal to promote
health equity and improve outcomes for women, children, and adolescents.
The Actionable Health Analytics for Decision-making (AHEAD) initiative, led by the Statistics and Monitoring team within
the Integrated Health Analysis Unit of OSE, supports countries in improving the use of subnational administrative
immunization data through data quality assessment, denomin
