North of Milan
- Manage multiple customer projects across the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to commercial launch.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, business objectives, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary customer-facing contact, providing regular project updates and facilitating decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including: Research & Development (R&D;); Quality Assurance; Regulatory Affairs; Operations; Supply Chain; Procurement
- Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and elevate issues when necessary.
- Support product development, technology transfer, scale-up, industrialization,



and launch activities.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Requisiti: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Business Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience within a manufacturing environment.Provenexperience inone or moreofthefollowingindustries:CDMONutraceuticalsFood SupplementsMedical DevicesPharmaceutical ManufacturingLife SciencesSolid understanding of product development and commercialization processes.Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and quality systems.Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical functions.Strong familiarity with project planning methodologies, risk management, and project tracking tools. xysqume
