As part of the HR Department, HRBP HQ Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
HR Management & Talent Acquisition Support

-
- Support the HRBP HO in translating the business unit’s priorities into into short- and mid-term HR actions.
- Manage Talent Acquisition activities in collaboration with the Line Managers: screening CVs, organizing interviews, and assisting in defining hiring needs.
- Support for Onboarding activities: creation of onboarding plans in collaboration with the line manager, upload of documents for the hiring process
- Data quality management and maintenance on HR systems,



encompassing both Talent Acquisition reporting/analysis and broader HR management reporting (such as headcount, turnover, engagement, etc.)
- Monitor the organizational climate, helping to identify potential environment issues and supporting the maintenance of consistency and fairness across different areas.
- Act as a daily communication link between Line Managers and the HR Department.
- Embody Sephora’s values and act as a Sephora Ambassador.
- Participate in career days and employer branding events, representing Sephora and the LVMH Group.

Training and Development

-
- Support the organization and coordination of training sessions.
- Administer and update key talent tools and programs, including RISE LVMH, LVMH Talent, and My Sephora Career (MSC – SAP SuccessFactors).

Facility & Fleet Management Support

- Support in ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements
- Assist in coordinating maintenance and rep
