What does an AI Tech Lead do at PALO IT?As an AI Tech Lead at PALO IT, you will lead and accelerate the next wave of software innovation across five core responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative software applications using Python and Java, along with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and TypeScript.
- Design and implement databases using Firestore and Google Cloud SQL to support scalable and efficient applications.
- Oversee the integration of AI services using the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), optimizing their utility across projects.
- Mentor and coach the engineering team in best practices for utilizing Claude Code, GitHub (with PR-based workflows), and GitHub Projects.
