Role
Lexroom is building its partnership channel from close to zero and wants it to become a material driver of revenue growth . You will own that channel end to end: strategic reselling and co-sell relationships with big consulting firms and system integrators,

large enterprise accounts, and early-stage product partnerships as our API surface develops .
You will define the operating model, prove it in market, and build the team that scales it across our European footprint.
This is a build-from-scratch leadership seat reporting directly to our CRO and co-founder, not a role inheriting an established motion.
Your key responsibilities
- Channel design and ownership : design the partnership channel and build it into a material revenue driver, owning co-sell and revenue-share relationships end to end.
- Operating model : define whether and how partnership closes its own revenue versus feeds the sales pipeline, and build the case, grounded in data, for the model you back.
- Relationship ownership : personally run Lexroom's most valuable strategic relationships, from prospecting through signature.
