Grünenthal Group in Italy's Lombardy region seeks a senior scientist to lead design and computational optimisation of RNA therapeutics, notably siRNA, bridging RNA biology with oligonucleotide chemistry to enable gene knockdown and regulatory approaches.
You will define target sites, drive design–test–learn cycles, develop computational tools in Python or R, and collaborate with chemists and delivery scientists to maximise potency and tissue activity, contributing to clinical development.
