We operate across several European markets, combining a direct-to-consumer (DTC) business model with a data-driven and highly performance-oriented approach. Our growth is driven by creative production, paid acquisition, e-commerce and a culture of continuous experimentation.

We are a young, international and remote-first team, where everyone has a high level of autonomy and ownership. We are now looking to accelerate our growth in Italy, a strategic market for our business.

The Role

We are looking for a highly creative, performance-driven and consumer-oriented person to become the creative engine behind our growth in the Italian market.

Creativity is at the heart of this role.

We are looking for someone who can deeply understand the Italian consumer, identify compelling communication angles and turn insights into advertising concepts, hooks and creatives that capture attention and drive sales.

Your main responsibility will be to develop, test and continuously improve advertising creatives, identifying new ways to communicate our value proposition and stand out in the market. You will combine creative thinking with performance analysis, using data to understand what works, generate new ideas and improve the effectiveness of our campaigns.

We are not simply looking for someone who can manage an e-commerce business or analyze marketing data. We are looking for a creative thinker who knows how to turn ideas into advertising that sells.
