Responsabilità

Assist in the preparation of the annual Budget Deliver deep-dive analyses on business performance and provide actionable recommendations Develop,



maintain and enhance complex financial models for scenario planning and decision‑making Support monthly closing with sharp analysis for the management reporting package Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams with data‑driven insights Proactively identify and lead initiatives to automate tasks and scale the Finance function Support capital planning and monitor regulatory capital position with Finance and Risk teams

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Economics 2–5 years of FP&A; or Finance Controlling experience Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail Strong financial and analytical modelling skills Excellent Excel skills and ability to interpret large data sets Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Confidence presenting complex analyses to senior management Proactive and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment Strategic thinking Effective communication Proactivity Advanced Microsoft Excel Financial modelling Data analysis of large datasets
